The room was nicely decorated and complete with fresh flowers and comfy beds, for example, I had everything needed. Coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were available too. Stayed there for trip and had an amazing experience, so I will be back.

I absolutely adored the way the hotel was decorated. It had such charm and elegance, with beautiful paintings and lovely plants throughout. The general areas were so inviting and cozy, perfect for a senior woman like me to relax and enjoy. Additionally, the hotel was very accessible for senior people, with easy-to-navigate hallways and comfortable seating areas.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone readily available to assist with any specific needs or concerns that may arise.

I always keep coming back because Emily has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors! With a flat-screen TV, kitchen amenities, and VIP check-in, it's perfect for a weekend getaway.

The value for money at Emily was excellent, with a spacious and tastefully decorated room that provided great comfort. The location was convenient and the staff were very good too ensure a superb customer experience.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the city centre. It is very close to all the main attractions and allows for easy access to various amenities. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. the beds are comfortable and the showers are of good quality. the staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers filtered water, eliminating the need to buy it.

The sound insulation between rooms is not perfect, resulting in possible disturbances from neighboring guests.

The idea of having a twin room was great. We truly enjoyed rooms with comfy beds. - Helpful staff, provided information if needed. - Also, location was comfortable, at a medium distance from Musee Art Nouveau Museum. - This property was located in a very charming area. - Was a fabulous base for trip.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The staff was incredibly helpful, even when we arrived late at night. The homie feeling of the place made it feel like home. Free coffee and tea in the kitchen was a nice bonus. a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with all the amenities you need for a great stay.
